Hydroblasting Operator – Immediate Hire

This position is open at the following SpectraShield locations: Jacksonville, FL; Denver, CO; Houston, TX; Dallas Fort Worth, TX; and Van Wert, OH

We are currently seeking experienced Hydroblasting operators for immediate hire. This position is primarily responsible for the safe and quality hydroblasting and prepping of underground utilities.

Essential Functions:

• • • • Complete prep work for application, may include pressure washing, leak stopping, & priming
      • Operate Hydroblasting equipment (includes pumps, guns, & hoses)
      • Properly maintain equipment and tools
      • Follow safety guidelines and procedures
      • Ensure clean job sites
      • Other duties as assigned

We are seeking a qualified business development specialist to extend the reach of the SpectraShield® brand, specific to the Ohio and Michigan territory. Spectrashield® is a leading high performance coatings manufacturer and applicator in the wastewater industry. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead and use initiative to accomplish this goal. Candidate will be fully supported by a professional management team and be given the tools and resources necessary to achieve his/her success and the company vision.

Objectives of this role:

• • • • Manage the development of new business opportunities in the territory
      • Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and relationships
      • Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium and long term projects
      • Assist the Team in the coordination of sales/marketing strategies and sharing best practices

Spray Applicator – Immediate Hire

This position is open at the following SpectraShield locations: Jacksonville, FL; Denver, CO; Houston, TX; Dallas Fort Worth, TX; and Van Wert, OH

We are currently seeking experienced Spray-on Liner Applicators for
immediate hire. This position is primarily responsible for the safe and quality installation of spray on liners for underground utility application.

Essential Functions:

• • • • Load/Unload lining materials
      • Complete prep work for application, may include pressure washing, leak stopping, & priming
      • Operate spray equipment (includes pumps, spray guns, & hoses)
      • Properly maintain equipment and tools
      • Follow safety guidelines and procedures
      • Ensure clean job sites
      • Other duties as assigned

Job Duties:

• • • • Spray lining and foam application
      • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
      • Must be able to work overtime as required
      • Travel required – Up to $250/pay period travel premium
      • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
      • CDL preferred. If you do not already have a CDL, we will help you acquire your CDL.

Spray Applicator Helper – Immediate Hire

This position is open at the following SpectraShield locations: Jacksonville, FL; Denver, CO; Houston, TX; Dallas Fort Worth, TX; and Van Wert, OH

This position is primarily responsible helping in the safe and quality installation of spray on liners for underground utility application

Essential Functions:

      • Complete prep work for application, may include pressure washing, leak stopping, & priming
      • Operate spray equipment (includes pumps, spray guns, & hoses)
      • Properly maintain equipment and tools
      • Follow safety guidelines and procedures
      • Ensure clean job sites
      • Able to go up and down ladders as needed
      • Other duties as assigned
